Legacy Continues

My name is Eric Preston Hall Sr., I am the grandson and I have been with my Grandfather from the first day of my birth in 1954.
I was raised as a son more than a grandson. I remember Homer Hall the owner of the Dixie Pig Bar-Be-Que actually raised his
own pigs at one point through the early 50’s thru the 60’s. So I have been around and dealing with Wilber the pig, Millie the cow,
and Ruth the chicken for a very long time.

As I have said, THERE IS HISTORY IN MY WORK, I started early learning the Pig and the art Bar-Be-Que. I have continued
with all the teachings from Homer Hall the Bar-Be-Que King, which was how he was known.

THE LEGACY CONTINUES, I will do all I can to give you the best Bar-Be-Que you will ever have the pleasure of licking your
fingers after. As well as some of the best home style recipefor traditional Bar-Be-Que side items, and yes I still make Homers Hall's award winning sauce, named in Baltimore Magazine one of the best in mulitple years as just one of the best around.

The Dixie Pig can set up for you and prepare your food fresh on site for all your events, as well as simply providing the famous Homers Hall product for your smaller back yard or company gatherings.
